Speaking has always been a challenge as much as it has been a delight for me. Since my application has been accepted to speak at WordCamp Lisboa 2019, I feel equally nervous and excited. I’ve only recently talked in front of people again, after a stage hiatus of 15 months, and that recent talk was in my first language, German.
That said, I’m thrilled to go to Lisbon, meet my dear friend and mentor wider Willen, Zé, get to know the Portuguese WordPress community, and deliver a fun talk on a topic right from the intersection of UX, accessibility, marketing, community, economics, politics, and humanism.
